Our prices include vat @17.5%, erection on the grave on a suitable concrete foundation, and the first 40 letters for Marble memorials and the first 75 letters for Granite memorials. Additional lettering prices are as follows :-

• Incised and gold leaf on granite £1.75 per letter
• Incised and black enamelled on marble £1.15 per letter

At our showroom and workshop complex, we have over 60 memorials on permanent display.

Cemetery Permit Fees Explained
The Cemetery or Church yard will usually charge you a 'permit fee' to allow us to erect a memorial or headstone on the grave.

This is to cover the cost of checking the name and signature of the registered owner of the grave, that the inscription is within the guide lines allowed and that the proposed memorial is allowed.

The cost of the permit fee will be passed on to you by us at cost. This fee will very from £30-£300 depending on the cemetery. We will check for you and advise you.

Thickness of the material used for granite headstones and memorials
Granite memorials are usually 3" thick. In recent months we have been importing 4" thick material. This being used for our 'Exclusive Memorial' range. The extra thickness allows us to produce carvings in the granite headstones that have not been seen before. Our Cheshire showroom has been stocked to show these new carved headstones and memorials.

The granite memorials are available in various colours and all designs are interchangeable. Prices shown include any one of these designs or any design from any other brochure you may have received.

Marble memorials and headstones

The white Sicilian marble memorials are all 3" thick material with lettering in incised and black enamelled letters. If required carvings featured in one memorial can be incorporated in another, flower containers or vases added or removed. Although Marble is some times considered to be an old fashioned material we still love the traditional look of the finished headstone and believe that there is room for all types of finishes and carvings.
